The Ministry of External Affairs of India will be hosting the Indian Ocean Rim Association’s second Expert Group Meeting on Academic, Science and Technology Cooperation (EGMASTC) virtually on 28 August 2020 (11:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 – 16:00 hrs Indian Standard Time). EGMASTC is as an ad-hoc inter-governmental forum that is mandated to deliberate on enhancing regional cooperation to strengthen academic, science and technology cooperation.
