The meeting was attended by H.E. Salman Al Farisi, the IORA Secretary General and Mr. Gareth Rees, the IORA Director as well as H. E. Mr. A F M Gousal Azam Sarker, Bangladesh Ambassador to I.R. Iran as the Chairman of the 11th Meeting of the Advisory Council of the IORA RCSTT. Delegates from the Diplomatic Missions of IORA Member States and Dialogue Partners, International and Regional Organizations based in Tehran, the representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST) also attended the meeting.
