Call for participation in the 37th Khwarizmi International Award (KIA)


The Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST), the host of IORA RCSTT, annually organizes the Khwarizmi International Award (KIA).

The KIA was founded in 1987 to acknowledge the efforts and achievements made by the researchers, innovators, and inventors across the globe and to appreciate their outstanding research work and contributions to the different fields of science and technology. The KIA Award consists of a cash prize of USD 20.000/-, a trophy, and a certificate.

The call for participation in the 37th KIA is open now and invites you to participate in this edition of the award by submitting your application online through Please note that the deadline for application is November 1, 2023. The KIA winners are also invited to attend a special award ceremony which is usually held in February every year.
