Call for participation in the 39th Khwarizmi International Award (KIA)

 

Khwarizmi International Award (KIA) is held annually by the Iranian Research Organisation for Science and Technology (IROST), the host of IORA RCSTT. Established in 1987, the Khwarizmi International Award recognizes outstanding achievements of researchers, innovators, and inventors from around the world, celebrating their significant contributions to various fields of science and technology. The award is supported by several leading international organizations, including WIPO, UNESCO, UNIDO, APCTT, TWAS, COMSATS, and COMSTECH. Winners receive a cash prize, trophy, and certificate.  

The IORA RCSTT, at IROST's request, is planning to facilitate the attendance of participants from the IORA Member States and Dialogue Partners at the 39th Khwarizmi International Award (KIA). The call for participation is now open and invites applicants from IORA Member States and Dialogue Partners to take part in this prestigious competition by submitting their applications online via https://www.khwarizmi.ir/kia/ and also sending an email to IORA RCSTT at fereshteh.moradi@gmail.com and info.rcstt@gmail.com.

The final KIA laureates will be invited to attend a special award ceremony, which is held in Tehran, I.R. Iran, typically in February each year.
